The quick approach: let AI handle the entire document
AI tool licences are provided to the sales representatives.
The representatives submit the complete proposal template to the AI and ask it to produce the final document.
In many cases, the result will be very satisfactory.
However, because the AI is generating the entire document, it could also reword important legal clauses related to intellectual property, non-compete provisions, and other matters, modify standard sections, or adjust elements that would normally need to remain unchanged.
These changes can be subtle and may go unnoticed during the review process.
The integrated approach: combining automation and artificial intelligence

All predictable information, such as the client’s name, date, contact information, and other structured fields, is automatically inserted into the document using traditional automation.
Artificial intelligence is then used only to generate the sections where it provides genuine added value—for example, describing the client’s needs, providing a high-level description of the proposed work, or producing certain customized content.
That content is returned to the system, which automatically inserts it into the appropriate locations within the template.
As a result, important clauses, legal sections, terms and conditions, and other sensitive elements remain fully protected because the AI never has write access to them.
AI-generated content should also be reviewed and approved by a user before the final proposal is generated.
This approach generally provides an excellent balance between speed, quality, control, and security.

Do we know precisely which problem we are trying to solve?
Is our process sufficiently standardized?
Is our data reliable and up to date?
